How do updates work?
I usually update my online shop once a week, either on Saturday or Sunday. I always list when the next update will be at the top of the homepage.

It's update time and I don't see any yarn for sale. Help!
Simply click "SHOP" from the menu and click on the "UPDATE" collection to view yarn for sale.
If you do not see this collection, or do not see any yarn for sale, the shop has sold out.
How does checkout work?
Please know, while I dye as much yarn as I can for updates, quantities are limited and often sell out quickly.
I always recommend creating an account with the site and signing in a few moments prior to an update. Depending how quickly items sell, this does not guarantee that you will successfully check out with all the items placed in your cart. However, it does make the checkout process more efficient.
Please know I cannot combine and refund additional shipping costs for multiple orders.
Do you wholesale?
Thank you for your interest in my yarn! However it is not available for wholesale.
Are you available for trunk shows?
While I greatly appreciate the opportunity, I am not doing trunk shows or vending at any events, at the moment.
How do I purchase a Yarn Club?
When purchasing a membership, you will upfront for the shipment of each monthly installment, at checkout. Please be sure to choose your correct location and the "Yarn Club" shipping option. Orders with incorrect shipping options will be cancelled.
I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?
Due to the high volume of orders received, shipping costs for multiple orders cannot be adjusted/refunded.
Do you accept custom orders?
I do not accept custom orders at this time or the foreseeable future.
Do you reserve listings?
In fairness to all my customers, items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. Yarn cannot be reserved.
I don’t have a swift and/or ball winder. Can you wind my skein(s) for me?
