How do updates work?

Update dates and times are always posted on the homepage of this site. I update my shop once a week, on Fridays at 7pm EST, unless otherwise noted. I also offer "international-friendly" updates, once a month at 10am EST, for those who cannot make my normal updates.

 


How does checkout work?

Please know, while I dye as much yarn as I can for updates, quantities are limited and often sell out quickly.

Once you reach the checkout point, items in your cart will remain there for 5 minutes, giving you a chance to complete the payment process. If you are not at the checkout point, other customers will still have a chance to purchase items from your cart (aka "cart-jacking").

To make checkout faster, and up your chances of getting the yarn you want, I always recommend creating an account with the site and signing in a few moments prior to an update.

 


How do I purchase a Yarn Club?

When purchasing a membership, you will upfront for the shipment of each monthly installment, at checkout. Please be sure to choose your correct location and the "Yarn Club" shipping option. Orders with incorrect shipping options will be cancelled.

 


I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?

 

Yes! Multiple orders placed on the same day are always combined, and additional shipping charges will be refunded upon shipment.

 


 Do you accept custom orders?

Regretfully, I cannot accept custom orders at this time.

 


Do you reserve listings?

Sorry, I do not reserve listings. In fairness to all my customers, items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 


I don’t have a swift and/or ball winder. Can you wind my skein(s) for me?

Absolutely! Just let me know in the “notes” section, when checking out. I will ship your yarn caked and ready to knit!
