COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Due to the high volume of orders I receive each week, shipping costs for multiple orders cannot be combined. It creates additional work that takes away from the time I need to package / ship orders.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I happily accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost.
Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball may not be returned.
Returned items must be shipped back in resale condition. A refund or exchange will not be issued for returned items that appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.
All Yarn Club subscriptions, "Mystery Skeins", Limited Edition, collaborations, and discounted yarn may not be exchanged or refunded. These items are final sale.
To redeem, simply add items to your cart and enter code at checkout. Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer.
Voolenvine Yarns is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information you provide is secure and is used only to maintain your VoolenvineYarns.com account. It is never shared.
If you are not completely satisfied, yarn kits may be returned within 14 days of postmark. All contents of the kits must be returned as they were received in resale condition. Caked / balled skeins are non-refundable. Kits are sold as is. Individual colorways may not be swapped and/or substituted.
All yarn club membership purchases are final sale. Skeins you receive throughout the subscription may not be refunded. Please see below for shipping info.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept custom orders at this time. Voolenvine Yarns has shop updates once a week (please see home page for update schedule) and do my best to dye my most popular / seasonal colorways across all bases.
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, unless weighing over 13 oz. In this case, they’ll be shipped USPS Priority.
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. For custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment.
For all orders, you will receive an email notification as soon as your item is packaged and ready to ship, along with a tracking number. Tracking info may take 1-2 days to appear on the USPS web site. International shipments cannot be tracked after they have left the US.

New York State residences will have a 4% sales tax added to their order during checkout.
Yarn Clubs: When purchasing a yarn club membership, you will pay upfront for the shipment of each monthly installment, at checkout. Please be sure to choose your correct location and the "Yarn Club" shipping option (see image below). Yarn Club orders with the incorrect shipping option selected will be cancelled.

All outgoing international packages must be marked as “merchandise”.
Customers ordering from outside of the United States are responsible for the payment of any international customs fees and/charges that may apply. Please review your post office and customs policies.

Please be aware, orders with a declaration worth over £15 delivery may be subject to a 20% VAT tax + additional Royal Mail handling fee.

US: $3.75 per item + $1.50 per additional item
Canada: $9.50 per item + $2.00 per additional item
Everywhere Else: $13.50 + $2.00 per additional item
Large orders may be subject to shipping and handling cost adjustment.
