REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

I love happy customers and I want you to love your yarn! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, email me (contact@voolenvineyarns.com) with in 7 days of delivery to request a refund. I do not offer exchanges at this time.

Yarn must be returned in the condition that it was received. I do not honor refunds on yarn that has been wound into a ball/cake, missing a label, appears damaged or soiled. 

Return shipping costs may apply. Voolenvine Yarns is not responsible for International return shipping costs. 

Yarn clubs, mystery skeins, limited edition, one-of-a-kind, collections, collaborations, and discounted yarn are FINAL SALE!

Kits are sold as is. Individual colorways / bases may not be swapped and/or substituted. 

YARN CLUBS

All yarn club membership purchases are final sale. Skeins you receive throughout the subscription may not be refunded. Please see below for shipping info.

Regrettably, I do not take custom orders.

Voolenvine Yarns is sold exclusively through this website. It is not available for to purchase wholesale, in yarn shops, or anywhere else online. 

De-stashing my yarns through fair trade or non-profit is acceptable. However, it is forbidden to purchase Voolenvine Yarns for resale or auction without my express consent. 

 


SHIPPING POLICIES

Multiple Orders (PLEASE READ):

Due to the high volume of orders received each week, shipping costs for multiple orders cannot be combined

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, unless weighing over 13 oz. In this case, they’ll be shipped USPS Priority.

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.

An email notification is sent with a tracking number, as soon as your item is packaged and ready to ship.

Note: Tracking info may take 1-3 days to appear on the USPS web site. International shipments cannot be tracked after they have left the US. 

Once a package is collected by the post office, delivery time is completely out of my control. If you think your package has gone missing, please notify your local post office first, and allow at least 14 days from shipment, before contacting me. Delivery is most likely delayed.

If you still haven't received your order by then, let me know and we'll work something out.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. Regarding return shipping, please refer to my return / exchange policies above. 

New York State residences will have a 4% sales tax added to their order during checkout.

Yarn Clubs: When purchasing a yarn club membership, you will pay upfront for the shipment of each monthly installment, at checkout. Please be sure to choose your correct location and the "Yarn Club" shipping option (see image below). Yarn Club orders with the incorrect shipping option selected will be cancelled.

All outgoing international packages must be marked as “merchandise”. 

Customers ordering from outside of the United States are responsible for the payment of any international customs fees and/charges that may apply. Please review your post office and customs policies.

*** UK CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE ***

Regretfully, I am unable to ship to the UK at this time as I'm still awaiting approval on my VAT tax application. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. 

 


SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the USPS, based on customer's address and the weight of their order.
