I love happy customers and I want you to love your yarn! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, email me (email@example.com) with in 7 days of delivery to request a refund. I do not offer exchanges at this time.
Yarn must be returned in the condition that it was received. I do not honor refunds on yarn that has been wound into a ball/cake, missing a label, appears damaged or soiled.
