Calan Mai Hat - PDF

The Calan Mai Hat is a matching accessory to my Calan Mai Cowl pattern. It is inspired by a scene from one of my favorite books, A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas.

Instructions are given for knitting with both DK and worsted weight yarns. Or, you can match the cowl by holding a strand of fingering and lace mohair yarns double.
Charts and written directions are given.

Beads also add a subtle, elegant sparkle, but these can be omitted if you choose.
Simple knit and purl, double increase and decrease stitches make this an incredibly relaxing and intuitive project.
I hope you enjoy!

Calan Mai is a cozy slouchy hat designed to have about 2-3" (5-7.5cm) negative ease.
